- Monthly stays: 28 nights or more, USD 3,900 per month (30 nights) for 2 guests, any time of year: USD 130 per night; nights over Christmas and New Year (Dec 20–Jan 6) are charged at the holiday rate, USD 290 per night (3rd and 4th guest, USD 25 per person per night on top)
